A Posta do Santo
On this day, at around 1 p.m., a mass is held in honor of San Ramón Nonato, patron saint of pregnant women and women in labour.
The most awaited moment is A Posta do Santo, in which every year the chosen person recites the traditional litany passed down from father to son for years:
"San Ramón Nonato
che remove a enfermeda
che poña a sanidá,
polo poder de Deus
e da Virxe.
Un padre nuestro
e un ave María.
Amen".

At the same time that the address is pronounced, the small image of San Ramón is moved on the head, chest, and shoulders of the offerers, imitating the symbol of the cross.
From here we can go to the San Xoan de Area Chapel in Sombreu, to the Igrexa Santa
